The Art of Friendship

6 weeks, 3-6 people, Starting April 14
What to Expect

A creative, curious, collaborative, and courageous space to build your friendship life — on purpose. The Art of Friendship is designed to help you connect with what matters to you in friendship, let go of old stories, and neuroqueer friendship — through coaching, creative experiences, and community.

❋ You shape it

Your goals, your direction, your pace. The program is a genuine coaching partnership — not a fixed curriculum delivered the same way to every cohort. What matters to you influences where we go, together.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. The insights, perspectives, and honest reflections of the people in the room become part of your development.

❋ MORE THAN WORDS

Expect visualizations, journaling, art prompts, and creative tools alongside the coaching. Not for the sake of it — but because different approaches unlock different things. It's engaging, it's varied, and it stops the session from becoming two hours of listening to other people talk.

❋ BRAVE BY DESIGN

Safety isn't declared — it's built. Through group agreements, confidentiality, honest check-ins, and a shared commitment to listen rather than advise, we create the conditions together. You never have to bring more than you're ready for. But you will be invited to step into your courage.

The Journey

Clarity Call

We meet 1-1 to explore if this journey is right for you and if we’re a good fit.

Orientation

We meet as a group to review agreements, structure, answer questions, and make sure everyone has what they need.

Session 1

We start with your reality; no judgment. What motivates you to be here? What’s hard? What is going well? We’ll also get to know each other and start building connection.

Session 2

We look at the friendship life you actually want. Through a guided visualization, you'll map the gap between where you are, where you want to be, and what might be in the way.

Session 3

This session follows what's emerging for you — we check in, see what's shifted, and get into deeper coaching work: one person at a time, with the whole group present.

Session 4

We're at the midpoint. This session is about what progress actually means for you and where you are on your own path now.

Session 5

You've come a long way. We take stock before the end — celebrating what's shifted, naming what's still unfinished, and deciding where to focus in the final stretch.

Session 6

The closing session. We reflect on what you came in with, what changed, and what you learned. Then we look ahead, as a send-off into what comes next.

❋ if you’re curious but not sure, let’s talk. This call is for those on the fence as much as those who already know they want in.

True belonging in friendship starts with showing up as who you actually are.

What it is & What it’s not

The Art of Friendship is group coaching: The group gathers around a shared topic — friendship—and each individual selects their goals, intentions, and actions; the container co-created; the process guided by me as your coach.

It is not a workshop where a facilitator provides education.

It’s also not a discussion or sharing circle. You’ll be invited to embark on a transformative journey — exploring your current reality, envisioning your ideal future state, defining measures of success on your own terms, and making progress at your pace.

We will center differences. Accountability and action can look / sound / feel different for different people — and when comparison comes up, we’ll talk about it.

In between sessions (and even before we begin), you’ll receive reflection prompts to help guide your journey, explore side paths, gain clarity, and deepen your understanding.

We will use creative activities to connect to ourselves and to each other — bring your art and writing materials.

Is The Art of Friendship for you?

The Art of Friendship is for you if…

  • You crave connection with others (doesn’t mean you have to be comfortable in a group!)

  • You are open minded and want to learn from and with others, in creative ways.

  • You’re a deep, reflective thinker who wants support to turn some of your thinking into action.

  • You want time to think and slow down but are struggling to prioritize it on your own.

  • You want to have agency about where the group is going.

  • You’re willing to enter a brave space, vulnerably.

  • You can commit to joining all sessions (understanding that life does happen).

The Art of Friendship may not be for you if…

  • You want someone to hand you the answers — or a step-by-step plan to follow.

  • You're looking for education, tools, or frameworks.

  • You prefer to learn alone or 1-1, not in a group.

  • You're not ready to open up in front of others.

  • You're in the middle of burnout or a mental health crisis.

  • You're not ready to look at what's really going on beneath the surface.

  • You can’t commit to joining at least 5 of our sessions.
